INGREDIENTS

  • 150 g Coffola® Colombia callets

  • 75 g butter

  • 75 g granulated sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 50 g white flour

  • Icing sugar

PREPARATION

  • Melt the Coffola® Colombia callets and the butter in the microwave, then mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the granulated sugar, then add the melted Coffola® callets and butter mixture and mix well.
  • Add the sifted flour.
  • Pour the mixture into ¾ of the fondant molds.
  • Bake the fondants for 12 minutes at 180°C.
  • Let the fondants cool in the refrigerator.
  • Before serving, place the fondants in the microwave for 30 seconds to melt the core and sprinkle with icing sugar.
